like I said in my previous posts I really like this time of the year...

It's the time of the year where we decorate our homes a little bit more than we
normally do and where we enjoy the cosy moments when we light the candles and spend
some extra special moments with our families.

It's the time of the year of making whishlists but above all the time of giving...

A few weeks ago Maarten the owner of dutch company Quip &Co has send me a mail

because he thought it would be lovely to have a giveaway collaboration
to celebrate the most beautiful time of the year... christmas time!

Maarten and his wife Lida thought that, in the spirit of Christmas,
it would be a great idea to make it a special giveaway... which means that

starting this weekend with some of my latest snapshots

I have slowly started to add some christmas decorations in

my home after my sons 11th birthdayparty last week

this is such a great time of the year...

just like previous years my festive decoration will be a very
minimal and natural one, I really like the cosy atmosphere

created by these beautiful greens, lights and candles!

reflection

love changing and creating new looks in my home

but in my bedroom it's always clean and sober

I really like a serene atmosphere at this part of the house
I think lot's of whites can be so beautiful
when it's combined with just some beautiful contrasting details
that really makes the difference!

Totally fell for the minimialistic and stylish Reflection mirror
from the new collection of scandinavian brand Nomess
(designed by Lovisa Hansson)
The mirror is simply made of black metal pipes and is also equipped
with a circle that can be used for organizing scarfs,
towels and even jewelry... for me it's just perfect!

dinnerroom love!

After a few great weekend days at the dutch coast with my family and the

celebration of the eleventh birthday of our son this monday

I have spend the late evening to admire some stunning apartments

for sale at the scandinavian brokerage sites.

I was attracted immediately by this beautiful and warm dinerroom

seen at this appartment for sale and styled by stylistteam Sarah Widman,

Elin Kicken and Evalotta Sundling for Alvhem Brokerage & Iterior

Just loved the inviting natural tones in black, brown- and greyshades,

the classic design furniture combined with some of my latest Ikea favourites as the

Sinnerlig couch designed by Ilse Crawford and oh these details...

photos and prints on the wall easily hung up with some minimalistic frames

simple but so beautiful... and just perfect for me!
