Just admired this beautiful courtyard at Livet Hemma that made me long

 for many more beautiful warm Springdays with family and friends

The inviting Ikea Havsten sofa series, designed by Andres Frederikson,

was designed to be easy to move and furnish you garden in different ways. 

In my opinion just perfect to create a simple but stylish look outside and 

have long cosy Spring- or Summer evenings...

This weekend  was a great foretaste dont you think so?

Natural materials and a color scale in earthy tones

After a very cold weekend this beautiful stylish workspace,  

at the sneekpeek of Ikea´s springnews at Livet Hemma, 

really made me smile!

Love the warm inviting atmosphere that makes me long for more 

rays of sunshine and cosy afterwork evenings in the garden!

Creative and stylish | workspacelove

Just admired this stunning creative workspace at the 
home of stylist  Anna Lenskog Belfrage seen at livet hemma, 
 and I loved the inspiring styling work... 

I'm thinking about changing my shelves,  so when I saw the used shelf from 

the Ypperlig collection (the collaboration  between IKEA and HAY) ,  

I was attracted immediately!  I just love the warm, stylish and minimal design and 

in my opion the shelf fits in many interiors,  dont you think so? 

What's not to love at these images?

Love visiting and being inspired by the creative styling team of Livet Hemma

Today I was pleasantly surprised again by the inspiring work of

 Linnea Salmen with a special attention for the stylish 

Cikada armchair from the early 60's.

Just love the way the discreet color scale has been mixed with graphic elements,

 a little bit messy wallet and objects to create a personal atmosphere and 

have you seen the black and white mosaic table? 

 just loved that DIY project from a while ago by Pella Hedeby!

cushions and sheepskins and simple old pots and bottles filled 

with flowers to create a cosy atmosphere...

Compact living

During the Salone del Mobile a lot of IG images came by of the IKEA festival. 

In a beautiful industrial building six new collections were shown and
it looked really very inspiring! 

If you follow my blog a bit longer you know that I'm a admirer of the work of

  stylist Pella Hedeby. Together with Anna Lenskog Belfrage she created 4 themed
 rooms (Growing, Creation, Harmony and Compact Living.) at the festival and for the 

decoration of these rooms she used a mix of vintage, new and DIY Ikea classics ... 

A nice mix to give your home a personal touch I think!

Today some images of one of my favorite rooms

 -  Compact living - where you can admire some nice stylish and creative ideas!

Tijdens de Salone del Mobile in Milaan zag ik op social media al heel vaak beelden langs komen van het IKEA festival. In een geweldig industrieel pand werden daar zes nieuwe collecties getoond en het zag er echt heel inspirerend uit! Als je mijn blog wat langer volgt weet je dat ik groot bewonderaar ben van het werk van stylist Pella Hedeby. Zij richtte op het festival, samen met Anna Lenskog Belfrage,  4 kamers in met een bepaald thema Groeien , Creation , Harmonie en Compact Living. Voor de inrichting van deze kamers werd gebruik gemaakt van een mix van vintage, nieuw,  DIY en Ikea klassiekers... een mooie combinatie om je huis een persoonlijke sfeer te geven!

Vandaag wat beelden van één van mijn favoriete kamers - Compact living-  waarbij je hippe en creative
 ideeen op kunt doen als je klein behuisd bent!

 just admired the pressimages of the amazing collaboration

Magazine shelflove - DIY project

Just as stylist Pella Hedeby I'm a enormous collector of beautiful

 inspirational magazines. An attractive cover photo can appeal to me so much

 that it makes me want to buy it directly.  Also, I use magazine photos very often as wall decoration ... Actually it's a quite simple and original way to decorate your home and so beautiful!

When I saw this DIY Magazine shelf project of Pella At the site of IKEA livet Hemma

 it caught my attention  immediately... It's such a great way to get your magazines along 

with a number of accessories and to create a stylish stilllife!  And with the dark marble look background it even looks better and very tasteful... The description can be found here.

Net als styliste Pella Hedeby ben ik een enorme liefhebber van mooie inspirerende tijdschriften... 

Een mooie coverfoto kan me zo enorm aanspreken dat ik vaak zelfs daardoor het tijdschrft koop.  Ook gebruik ik tijdschrift foto's vaak als muur decoratie... Eigenlijk een hele eenvoudig manier om je huis heel hip te decoreren en zo mooi!

Toen Ik dit DIY tijdschrift rek project van Pella zat op site van Ikea livet Hemma  was mijn aandacht meteen getrokken... wat een geweldige manier om je tijdschriften samen met een aantal spulletje heel stylish neer te zetten! En met de donkere marmerlook achtergrond komen ze extra mooi en stylish uit... De beschrijving vindt je hier.

Toen ik deze stijlvolle foto's zag op de site van Ikea's livet hemma kreeg ik meteen zin om ook zo'n thuiswerkplek te creëren. De houte bovenlaag van het bureau met het mooie visgraat patroon geeft een warme uitnodigende sfeer

tewijl de accessoires op en rond het bureau en het eenvoudige, op de muur vastgeplakte,  moodboard  zorgen voor een hippe uitstraling... Mooie eenvoud en perfecte inspiratie om deze nieuwe week mee te beginnen,

Autumn hues

If you follow me on instagram you might have noticed that I have this

 huge crush on the beautiful autumn colors... Terra, toffee, beige, grey, browns... 

Perfect tones to create a warm atmosphere in our homes in my oppinion and 

also selected as "the" trendcolor of 2017. 

This morning I was inspired again by these hues when I saw

 the latest styling work of Pella Hedeby at Ikea Livet Hemma 

where she shares a mix of warm tones and materials in soft transitions

 combined with stylish classic and new Ikea accessories.

 Beautiful and simple as I love it so much...

Als je me op instagram volgt dan is het je misschien al opgevallen dat ik enorm geinspireerd ben door de mooie herfst kleuren... Terra, toffee, beige, grijs, bruin... Perfecte kleuren om een mooie warme sfeer in onze huizen te creeren en inmiddels ook uitgekozen door trendwatchatchers als één van "de" kleuren van 2017.

Vanmorgen werd ik opnieuw geïnspireerd door deze tinten toen ik het laatste stylingwerk van Pella Hedeby zag op de site van Ikea Livet Hemma en waar Pella een mix van warme tinten en materialen deelt gecombineerd met hippe klassieke-  en nieuwe Ikea accessoires.  Mooie eenvoud waar ik enorm van hou! Wat vinden jullie van de terracotta tinten?

Ik ben echt fan van de stijlvolle en creatieve budget ideeen die je vaak ziet op de inspiratie site van

 Ikea "livet Hemma". De stylisten kunnen mij altijd weer inspireren en laten me altijd weer zien dat een stijlvol monochrome interieur helemaal niet zo duur hoeft te zijn. De combinatievan nieuw, vintage (look)  en  persoonlijke spullen is altijd weer succesvol voor mijn gevoel. Zeker als het om een creatieve werkruimte thuis gaat! Mooie inspiratie om de week weer te beginnen...  Fijne week.

These last few days of my summerbreak I have been catching up

the latest blogpost and news at the interiorsites. 

 I have admired lot's of creative stylingideas, photos and interiors
 and this black on black project for livethemma was one of 

the stylingprojects that really caught my eye.

I really like the dramatic dark trend that we see a lot!

 The mix of the used materials as leather, wood, ceramics,  lacquered metal 

and the tone-in-tone shades with a contrasting (white) accent 

inspired me so much! 

Tijdens mijn vakantie heb ik nagedacht over mijn blog en dan met name 

over het bloggen in het engels. Omdat het me toch wel fijn lijkt (en ik er ook wel benieuwd naar ben)

om in mijn eigen taal te bloggen heb ik besloten een tijdje 2-talig te bloggen

 om het uit te proberen. Niet dat ik nu ineens enorme tekstlappen zal produceren ;-)

ik blijf de voorkeur houden voor het concept fotoblog...

 Ik ben benieuwd wat jullie er van vinden!

such an inspiring atmosphere and so much details to admire at these shelves

 filled with beautiful greens, accessories and needings to take 

care of the growing seeds and grocery plants at this studio 

where they celebrate the first signs of Spring!

I really love this indoor cultivation trend, our window sills are filled with jars 

with all kinds of seeds and I could admire this inspiring place above, 

with all its inspiring original accessories,  all day to get some new ideas.

It really makes me smile to see how we can make it possible to affirm this trend 

even if you live in a home without a garden or balcony and to realize you our own

inside garden in small indoor spaces...
