styling inspiration

My new week couldn´t start better than with the images of
the latest work of stylist duo Sundling Kicken

In cooperation with 15 Scandinavian designers and retailers team Sundling and Kicken
was asked to create press images where they should give the accessories as
posters, frames, lighting, hand-picked ceramics and home textiles
a stylish an inspiring podium with a spotlight on every single detail...
they did such a great job, just love it all!

Kristina Dam SS18

We believe that mastering the monochromatic palette enables us to create
timeless and enduring designs. Distinct and beautiful – simplicity with an attitude.
- Kristina Dam -

Clean lines and beautiful materials with a distinct Scandinavian and architectural expression...

Kristina Dam has launched the SS18 collection and the press images look amazing.
Kristina Dam Studio is founded by architect and graphic designer Kristina Dam and based in Copenhagen and these last few week she shared already a few
sneakpeeks on instagram where I fell for her new and renewed
sculptures, accessories and furniture.

I really love her stoneware and marble items but one of my favorites,
the (black) wooden Sphere,  is now available in a XL version and perfect to use it as an
art piece or as a vessel. Another favorite the three legged terracotta with grey bowl and
the dome vase are just perfect to create beautiful stillifes and in my opion the mobile mirror,
the Rotating Mirror (perfect in your entrance or bathroom) and Rectangle Lamp
are perfect functional unique art pieces for your home dont you think so?

"Every piece has thoroughly designed details and the ability to add attitude,
a sculptural and graphic touch to interior design"

Anne Black ceramics

I told you before how much I love ceramics,
my kitchen and tableware collection have become a beautiful mix of all
kind of ceramics in different shapes and sizes and in my home
I really love to combine ceramics with other home accessorries on decorative way

I was already familiar with the craftmanship of Danish ceramist Anne Black
Anne is designer and ceramicist from Copenhagen.
Her products are 100% handmade and skillfully crafted porcelain
with a timeless design, created for everyday use.
I just loved her decorative collection and when I was in Denemark
this spring I also discovered her beautiful porcelain jewellery collection and at that moment
I instantly fell in love with her designs and her style.

This summer I had the opportunity to discover some pieces of the
kitchen and tableware collection and I just loved the perfect
combination of beautiful simplicity and functionality..

Today some snapshots of some of my personal favourites:
the handmade tiles and the soy bowls (from the tilt collection) and the beautiful contain jar!

ps. Have you seen Annes summerhouse? It was featured here at Boligmagasinet a while ago!
