After our summer vacation I had a lot of news, magazine- and 

bloginspiration to catch up

One of my must seens was the beautiful new collection 

of Danish furniture chain Bolia.com

presented in their stunning and very stylish 2015 lookbook

Just loved the new workbox (with its embossed veneer surface)

 the beaver chairs (now available as barstool and office chair), 

the Ruhr dining table and the heavy floor lamp (with its food made of concrete) 

the stunning beautiful sofa series (óóh that new Aura sofa)

  and so much more... 

an amazing location, beautiful styling and a lot of things to put on my wishlist ;-)

showup 2014

yesterday I visited the Showup fair at this amazing location

 the Westergasfabriek in Amsterdam

Showup is a new trade show for Home & Gift 

where we can admire new collections from leading brands 

but also discover the work of young talent

and it was such fun!

just loved the amazing and cosy atmosphere

and the perfect combination of getting inspired by the products and the styling

and meeting retailers, suppliers and other bloggers 

Showup is open until the 25th of augustus 18.00 and accessible for retailers

 and bloggers after filling out the registration form 

 next edition will be 1/2- february 2015... save the date!

yesterday I admired these gorgeous two apartements

just loved the tasteful minimalistic interiors

 filled with stylish details in black, white, grey, brown 

and some fresh green to create this cosy amosphere

at IG-photos taken at formex interior design fair

where they were shown

and are available in beautiful granite grey (my favorite) and terracota shades

today summer vacation is officially over,  

it's time to go back to school!

 I really enjoyed the last holiday days with my family

at the dutch south-coast (Zeeland)  

it was such fun and we visited a lot of nice spots!
 One of the villages we came along was Veere

where we admired this amazing expostion in a formal church...

Just loved this (im-)perfect location with its large windows, 

rough plastered and brick walls, marbled and natural stone floors,

 high ceilings and ofcourse all the beautiful items of the

 "Confluence" art project by Elis Vermeulen and her guest artists

This exposition consists different "rooms" decorated 

with wooden beds covered by beautiful hand-felted fleeces

 complemented with stunning (tatoo) photography on the walls

and so much more inspiring things to see and to do!
- oooh we loved these great swings :-)

I am still in this "in-between" period of working- and holidaymood

(this week we will leave a few days at the dutch coast before school starts again next monday) 

and I am still catching up my magazines and blogposts... (so much inspiration!)

 starting this new week with this minimalistic and 

clean workspace decorated by Sarah van Peteghem (cocolapinedesign.com) 

just loved this new styling project (an amazing penthouse for sale) 

 that she did for the fantastic frank office in Berlin and 

where for she used design furniture and accesories

 by muuto, hay, e15, vitra, uashmama, mikmax and studio esinam (prints) 

so beautiful and inspiring...

shoplove - la maison pernoise

as I told you in my earlier post we have visited a lot of 

"must sees" during our holiday in provence

 ofcourse we also did some shopping and 

 I just had to go to the Concept store 'La Maison Pernoise'

of sweet Lau de Casalil and her team

 where we were welcomed with a big smile and a nice cup of coffee.

The store (opened july 2013)  is located in a beautiful industrial 

building (a former atelier of an upholsterer) in the middle

 of the Provence at Pernes la Fontaines 

and I was so pleasantly surprised  by their beautiful 

eclectic selection of furniture , home accesories (oooh these lamps and prints),

 fashion, magazines, kids products and much more. 

Just loved the inspiring styled corners, great moodboards

 and the combination of beautiful new products 

with the warm but raw industrial atmosphere 

 beautiful imperfection as Lau said... 

definitely worth a visit if you are in the area of Avignon

 to be inspired, to find original accesories/ideas to decorate your home

or to follow one of the different workshops that Lau organizes!
